It is November 4th 2008 - so either the world is about to go to hell in a handcart (McCain/Palin) or things will stagger on as usual (Obama). I haven't looked at the polls yet but I am optimistic that Obama will get it. Though, since when the US screws up the rest of the world has to deal with it, it's a pity that the rest of us can't vote too!
